Seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to assume the lead role in preparing the agency for survey by State/Federal regulatory bodies and accrediting organizations; spearhead the education, mentoring and support of all clinical staff; and analyze collected data for trends in order to achieve quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have experience in a certified home health agency and in-depth knowledge of OASIS. Requires current NJ RN license with a BSN, MSN preferred. Experience in designing and implementing education programming is also required.

Responsible for overall management and administration of hospice program staff. Provides leadership and direction for the members of the Hospice Team, including the Volunteer Coordinator, Chaplain, Social Workers, Staff Nurses and Medical Director. Supports clinical staff in the management of patients' care via ongoing feedback, documentation review and joint visits to ensure the achievement of positive patient outcomes. Responsible for understanding all care treatment and services under his/her supervision. Three years experience as RN plus one year in supervisory role required. Master's degree and home health care experience preferred but not essential.

Applicants must also have at least 3 years experience in home care. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. BSN preferred. Experience can be substituted for education.
