Social Worker (Full Time or Per Diem)
Compassionate, professional and discrete individuals needed to provide Social Services in the homes of patients, working to identify and resolve personal, emotional and environmental difficulties. MSW and New Jersey licence required, plus at least one year experience in a medical setting. Home health experience preferred but not required. Excellent benefits. Flexible schedule.
