All home health professionals employed by VNANNJ in registered nursing jobs, home health aide jobs and rehabilitation nursing jobs must be NJ licensed, and although previous home care experience is not required, it is preferred.

Seeking a full time RN to provide hospice & palliative care to seriously and terminally ill patients. Responsibilities include: providing skilled nursing assessment, planning, and care in order to maximize the comfort & health of patients and families; providing direct nursing service & nursing case mgmt; developing/implementing a comprehensive plan of care and revising/updating as needed; discharge planning. Requirements: 1yr. of acute care exp; previous hospice, oncology & pain mgmt exp. Hospice home health exp pref. |

| JOB SN – Staff Nurse | Full Time |
|
RNs with a valid NJ license needed to provide home-based patient care. Excellent clinical skills with a minimum of one year of acute care experience needed. Strong IV skills a plus. Previous home care and case management experience preferred. |

| JOB OT – Occupational Therapist | Per Diem |
Develop treatment plans and provide a broad range of occupation therapy services to your patients. Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy, current NJ license and 2 year experience, preferably in a home health setting required. |

| JOB PT – Physical Therapist | Full Time, and Per Diem |
Develop treatment plans and provide a broad range of physical therapy services to your patients. Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, current NJ license and 1-year experience, preferably in a home health setting required. |

| JOB ST – Speech Therapist | Per Diem |
|
Develop treatment plans and provide a broad range of physical therapy services to your adult and pediatric patients. Bachelors Degree in Speech Therapy, current NJ license and 2 year experience, preferably in a home health setting required. |

| JOB CHHA – Certified Home Health Aides | Per Diem |
Certified Home Health Aides needed to provide patient care for our clients in Morris County. Must be
available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and travel throughout Morris County. Valid NJ drivers license and transportation required. Day and weekend and Live-In hours available. |
